Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return, unless it is defective or damaged during shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the item.
We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
