1. Returns

  • You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return, unless it is defective or damaged during shipping.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
